Pale golden in colour with a unique bouquet of green apples and cucumber hints on the nose. Butterscotch aromas, limey fresh fruit and rich creamy complexity on the palate. This wine can pair with rich foods and can go well on its own.

Tasting Notes:
The cooler evenings of the long 2023 growing season, worked in unison with the GRANITE soils to develop upfront yellow citrus blossom, summer fynbos and hints of green tea welcoming one’s senses. This leads to a gorgeous pithy and minerality driven mid-palate and the ever-present vibrancy that our Single Terroir Chenin Blancs are known for. As to be expected from its reflective Granitic soils, this wine will boast a slow and extended linear progression as it ages and will provide the most drinking pleasure if decanted.

Notes of spice, coriander seeds, Indian green peppercorns and juicy red fruit such as Bitou berry with crisp
acidity, all neatly integrated with the subtle oak nuances. The palate is medium-bodied with velvety tannins and an umami saline thread weaving through. This is a superbly nuanced Syrah that should age with grace.
