A bright light green colour with lively aromas of lemon zest, fresh limes, green apples, and brioche scents.

Tasting Notes:

Dusty nettles and ripe quince on the nose. Rich, buttery notes on both the nose and palate are due to ageing on the lees. This fuller style of Sauvignon Blanc shows more complex notes of salty caramel and green melon with a textural palate. The wine delivers a long, lingering, clean finish.

Tasting Notes:

A precise and linear expression of chardonnay from five sites. The nose shows pineapple, light butterscotch, oatmeal and lemon peel while the palate is zippy and textured - lime, quince and forelle pear the leading flavours. A Chablis-like oyster shell minerality refines the finish.

Maturation: Aged in 228L Burgundy barrels, 30% new, followed by
three months in stainless steel tank before bottling. Aged for a further 18 months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:
‘"I've found the target," says Burgundy nut Craig Wessels of the seventh vintage of Le Luc.
